You know when you get tickets for something that's months away, a part of you never really believes it'll happen somehow, then suddenly time seems to fly and you only have a few days left to go. That's how I feel about Latitude, I'm heading there this Friday and can't wait but it has crept up on me slightly. So I'm now in full festival packing mode; tent, sleeping bag, suncream (I'm an optimist), wellies (I'm also a realist), wet wipes, dry shampoo... The only thing left to do now is decant a few drinks into plastic bottles (no glass on site) and buy some apples and cereal bars. My boyfriend laughed when I said I'm taking fruit but I'll bet he eat mine anyway. With just 2 days left at work before my long weekend I think I'll need to resist the urge to check the weather forecast on an hourly basis, just on the off chance the forecasts improved you see...
